STORIES

Spanish was fun and challenging today.  We were practicing parts of our body by balancing beanie animals on different parts of our body.

Valentina, Ella, Nolan, Austin and Solveig completed drawing their self-portraits.

Which drawing belongs to which student?

After completing our story books and turning them into plays we have had an increase in story telling.  The children are using materials in the room to create their stories.  They dictate it to us, then we video them acting out the story.  If your child has created a story we have posted it to Seesaw.  Do not worry if you don't see one yet.  We ran out of time to write down and video all of them today.  It might be Monday before we post more.

QUESTIONS
What was the hardest part about drawing your face?
How many 'B' words do you have on your list?
What animal did you Señor Geffen give you in Spanish?

We read 'The skin you live in' by Michael Tyler.  The book celebrates the ways we are unique, special and different while also being the same.
