Thank you to, Laurie, Sara, and Mr. Andrade (Director of Summer at Blake) for joining us at the Falls. What a beautiful day to go to Minnehaha Falls or Mnigaga as the Dakota say. 'Mni' means 'water' and 'gaga' means 'curling'. When put together it means waterfalls. (from http://bdotememorymap.org/)
Before leaving for the trip we discussed some of the things we would see in nature as well as the sculptures. I wanted to download a video we put together of the trip, thanks to all the amazing photos that Mr. Billadeau took.
