LEMON CURD

At group time we went through our animal list and I checked in with everyone to see if the animal they initially chose is still the one they want to research.  I will send an email to each of you over the weekend so you can discuss and confirm your child's decision.

Hattie and her family brought in some lemons this week as they know how much I love making lemon curd.  Perfect opportunity to share my love of lemon curd with the class.

After we made it we took it over to the other table where Mr. Gilsdorf (one of our subs) was helping friends make toast.



We had a choice of toppings, apricot jam, cinnamon sugar and butter as well as the lemon curd.
