Thankfully the weather did not start until after lunch on Friday giving us the opportunity to go on our field trip to the African drum ensemble at Macalester College. Here are the pictures Mr.Billadeau managed to take during our visit.
Sowah Mensah is from Ghana, West Africa. He is a music professor at Macalester College and helps produce the show we watched. Sowah is the gentleman in the lilac outfit.
Everyone had fun and as you can see Fang, Colin, Amel and Ruby got up on stage to dance.
